1. ONLINE / BANK DEPOSIT:
Additional Php 50.00 will be charged as processing fee for each online registration. For bank payments, choose "For Bank Payment" on payment page. Fill up and submit this form first before paying. You have 3 days to complete the payment or your pending registration will be deleted. Your registration will be confirmed as soon as we receive your payment. After submitting this form, an email confirmation will be sent to your email.


BANK PAYMENT
• Fill up online registration form on  website. Agree to terms and agreement and calculate payment.
• On the payment page, select "Bank Transfer"
• Deposit corresponding fee via BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS within 3 days.

• Write your name on the deposit slip and attach it in the registration form .
• Registration will be approved once payment is confirmed.
